Muffin with Oat Bran

Muffin con crusca d'avena

Preparation

In a bowl mix ¾ cup flour (including gluten-free), ¾ cup oat bran cereal, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, ⅓ cup mashed banana
In another bowl combine ½ cup yoghurt, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, ½ teaspoon vanilla. Mix the two mixtures together and stir well. Fill muffin cases to ⅔ full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 18-20 minutes.
